The Three Questions Jesus Will Ask You On Judgment Day

The third question is one most Christians never see coming.

Judgment Day

Close your eyes for a moment and picture this scene.

You are standing before the Great White Throne. The silence is absolute. Millions of souls stand in reverent awe. There is no noise, no distractions, no second chances. And then Jesus Christ โ€” the One whose voice once calmed storms and raised the dead โ€” looks directly into your eyes.

This time He is not preaching on a hillside. He is not hanging on a cross. He is not walking on water.

He is seated as Judge.

What you just imagined is not fiction. It is a coming reality.

"It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." โ€” Hebrews 9:27

It does not matter if you are a pastor or a prisoner, a business owner or a homemaker, young or old. One day, every one of us will stand before Him. And on that day, it will not simply be about a list of sins. It will be about your heart. About your response. About your life.

There are three questions Scripture reveals that will define that moment.

โœฆ โœฆ โœฆ

The First Question: What did you do with My Son?

What did you do with My Son

This is the foundation of everything.

John 3:18 says whoever believes in Him is not condemned โ€” but whoever does not believe is condemned already. The issue is not religion. Not denomination. Not how often you attended church or how much you gave in the offering plate.

It is about whether you truly received Jesus Christ.

On that day, many will say: "Lord, I tried to be a good person. I helped people. I lived morally."

But goodness cannot erase sin. Romans 3:23 says all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. No amount of good works can pay the price that only the blood of Christ could pay.

Others will say: "Lord, I went to church. I served in ministry. I sang in the choir."

But Jesus said in Matthew 7 that many will say Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name? And He will say:

"I never knew you." Not โ€” I never heard of you. I never knew you.

This question is about relationship.

Did you repent? Did you trust in His finished work? Did you surrender your life to Him?

First John 5:12 says whoever has the Son has life. Whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. There is no middle ground. You either have Him or you do not.

The Second Question: How did you treat the least of these?

How did you treat the least of these

In Matthew 25, Jesus describes separating the sheep from the goats. He speaks about feeding the hungry, giving drink to the thirsty, welcoming the stranger, clothing the naked, visiting the sick and imprisoned.

And when the righteous ask โ€” Lord, when did we see You like that? โ€” He responds:

"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of Mine, you did for Me." โ€” Matthew 25

This is not salvation by works. Salvation is by grace through faith. But true faith produces fruit.

How you treated people revealed what lived inside you.

Did compassion flow from your heart? Did you ignore the suffering around you? Did you forgive? Did you show mercy? Did you love when it was inconvenient?

Grace saves you. But love proves you have encountered grace.

โœฆ โœฆ โœฆ

The Third Question: Did you actually know Me โ€” or did you just know facts about Me?

Did you actually know Me

This is the one most Christians are not ready for.

Can you open your Bible and understand what you are reading?

Do you know why Matthew wrote his gospel differently than John? Why Paul wrote 13 letters? Why Revelation ends the way it does?

Judgment Day is not meant to terrify those who truly belong to Christ. Romans 8:1 says there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the believer, that day is not about rejection. It is about revelation and reward.

But for those who have ignored Him, postponed Him, or replaced Him with religion โ€” it will be a day of heartbreaking clarity.

So the real question is not what will happen on that day.

"The real question is what are you doing today?"

The Question Every Christian Should Ask Themselves Before It's Too Late

Are you ready

Are you in the Word every day? Not just on Sundays. Not when you feel like it. Every day.

Do you actually understand what you are reading โ€” or does the Bible still feel like a closed door?

Because you cannot know a person you never spend time with.

For years, millions of Christians have opened their Bibles, read a chapter, closed it, and felt emptier than when they started. Not because they did not love God. Not because their faith was not real.

But because they were never shown how to actually understand what they were reading.

The names. The timelines. The cultural backdrop. The reason a single passage in Matthew unlocks everything Jesus was actually saying about the kind of faith that will stand on Judgment Day.

Without that foundation, scripture stays flat. And the relationship it is meant to build never fully forms.

How Thousands of Christians Went From Feeling Lost In Scripture To Rooted In It

Our Faith Bible Study Cards

It started in a small church in Texas. A pastor named Mark had watched his congregation struggle with Scripture for years โ€” and finally decided he was going to do something about it.

He sat down and wrote out everything a believer needs to know before opening each book of the Bible. Not a sermon. Not a theology lesson. Just the context. Who wrote it. When. Why. What was happening in the world. What God was communicating.

He did it for all 66 books.

Then he put a copy in the hands of his congregation โ€” and watched everything change.

Today, thousands of Christians across the world are using what he created to finally understand the Bible they have been holding their whole lives.

They are small cards you slip directly into your Bible โ€” one for every book. Before you read a single chapter, you read the card. In five minutes, the words that once felt like noise start sounding like a voice.

The prayers that used to hit ceilings start breaking through. The scriptures that never made sense suddenly click. The Bible stops feeling like a checklist and starts feeling like a conversation with the God who made you.

They do not claim hidden books. They do not add to the Word God already gave you.

They just give you the context for the 66 books He already wrote โ€” the context most believers never get because nobody ever takes the time to teach it.

Don't Wait Another Day.
Your Eternity Depends on It.

Scripture is not just words on a page. It is how you know the Jesus who saves you. And you cannot know someone whose words you never took time to understand.

The third question โ€” did you actually know Me? โ€” will not be answered by how many Sundays you attended. It will be answered by whether you genuinely pursued Him. Whether you spent time in His Word. Whether you built a real relationship with the God who loves you.

Once you are on the other side, it is too late to start understanding. But right now โ€” there is still time.

Start Understanding His Word Today

Slip them into your Bible and give it just five minutes a day. That is it.

There is no condemnation for those in Christ โ€” but there is accountability.

Eternity is real. Let us live like it.
